1. Decide to move (preferably to another country or, even continent)
2. Send your spouse back to another country to empty your place
3. Get a job which stops you from helping them to empty your place
4. Go to work
5. Drink beer (not at work!!)
6. Sleep well without jetlag
7. Voilà, you’re done!
